Terms and conditions for sales on website
When you place an order you are accepting the terms and conditions of sale
Your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date are needed to process your order. You will be asked to give your CVV via the secure Stripe site.
When your purchase has been processed we will notify you of receipt of your order and you will be able to check all details are correct. When your order has been posted we will let you know by email.
Payment for orders is at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch.
Delivery to UK mainland is included in prices.
We do not store your credit/debit card details. This information is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe is a PC1 Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, but delivery times may take longer due to the Covid-19 situation.
For delivery outside the UK, please initially email us with your interest to purchase so we can provide you with an inclusive price.
If you need something by a given date please email us and we will do our best to help you.
Product Pricing and descriptions
All prices are in £ sterling.
The colours are represented as closely as possible in the photographs.
You are entitled to cancel a purchase. This must be within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be given a full refund which includes any initial postage charge. Please see the Returns Section below for more details.
If you wish to cancel prior to despatch please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our returns policy.
Returns and refunds
If you wish to return an item and seek a refund you need to let us know within 14 days. Please email us with your order details and also let us know why you are returning the item.
Upon informing us that you wish to return an item you will be sent the return address and information about how to proceed.
The item must be returned in its original condition and ideally in its original packaging within 14 working days of the date you received instructions on how to return the item. The refund will include the original delivery charge but we are unable to offer free returns.
However if you’re returning a product because it is faulty we will pay the return delivery costs.
We recommend using an insured method of transport with proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
We take your personal privacy seriously and will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you.
